We are moving from Alberta to Ontario, and finding a rental place to live was very smooth from when we started working with Aaron at a distance to when we found the right spot. Aaron was always there for us, introducing us to new neighbourhoods and suggesting properties that would meet our needs. He is very committed, kind and knowledgeable. Considering the fact I only asked Aaron to help me find a home rental, and not an actual purchase! He went above and beyond for me, knowing that there isn’t a huge payday for himself in the rental aspect of real estate! But what he did for me solidified the fact, that when I’m ready to purchase a more forever home! He’s the only one I can imaging handling that for me. He doesn’t just try to sell you on any old house to make a buck like most agents! He listens to what you want/need and does everything in his power to get you what you’re looking for. Like I said, I only needed a rental and he treated it like I was looking to buy! Honestly, my credit was SHIT! But because of him and his drive, I’m moving into my detached house next weekend, and I am absolutely ecstatic with it! To be absolutely blunt! You’re an idiot if you don’t use Aaron! He’ll fight for you! And in the end, I guarantee, that rent or own! You’ll be living in the place you want to be in!

POSTED ORIGINALLY ON FACEBOOK: I just wanted to update you all as we had so many kind responses and advice on how to get a rental for my senior friend who was going to be evicted from the place where he had been living for the past 23 years. I am very happy to report that due to a very kind person who happened to be a realtor ,going by the name of #AaronClassic who reached out to us and who has gone above and beyond to help, my Senior friend now has a new home ,which he can move into shortly, and where I am sure he will be very happy. Such kindness in this day and age should be recognised , so we would like to thank each and everyone who offered us help and to Aaron in particular for his time and effort in finding a new home for a very happy Senior. It just goes to show the good that can be achieved by reaching out on groups like Burlington Together. The stress and anxiety this has caused him has been immeasurable, but now he will be able to relax and enjoy his golden years. Guardian Angels come in all disguises.

I recently moved from Manitoba to Ontario, I had a place lined up before I left Manitoba. As I was on my way to Ontario, I received a message from the realtor that the landlord pulled the property off the market. Needless to say I was heading here without a place to live. I was directed to Aaron by a friend of mine. Within minutes, Aaron was in contact with me. Three days later, Aaron had multiple viewings lined up for me. By the end of the day I was signing a lease.
